By creating an account or using Repario ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the web app and mobile app.
Repario is an AI-powered home repair assistant. You upload a photo of home damage and receive an AI-generated repair guide including materials, steps, difficulty, and cost estimates. The Service also offers optional progress photo checks at various stages of a repair.
Repair guides generated by Repario are AI-generated suggestions only. They are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed contractor, plumber, electrician, or other qualified professional.
Always assess your own skill level before attempting any repair. Some repairs — including those involving electrical wiring, structural elements, gas lines, or load-bearing components — must be performed by a licensed professional. When in doubt, consult a professional.
Repario does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any repair guide for your specific situation. AI can make mistakes. You assume full responsibility for any repairs you undertake using guidance from this Service.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getrepario.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide a valid email address. You may not create accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

Free accounts receive 5 scans per week, which reset every 7 days. Additional scans and progress photo checks are available by purchasing credits or upgrading to Pro.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Credits do not expire. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you upgrade mid-period, Stripe will prorate the charge accordingly.
The Repario name, logo, website, and mobile app are owned by us. The repair guides generated for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial home repair purposes.
By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your repair guide. We may use anonymized, aggregated repair data to improve the Service. We will never sell your photos or share them with third parties for advertising purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repario and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated repair guides will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
