Repario ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered home repair assistant operated by Repario (getrepario.com). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Repario, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
Photos you upload: When you submit a photo for analysis, that image is sent to our AI provider for processing. Photos are deleted from our servers immediately after analysis is complete — we do not retain your images.
Usage data: We track how many scans you have used, your credit balance, saved projects, and your subscription tier. This is used solely to manage your account.
Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. We only receive a confirmation of successful payment and your Stripe customer ID.
Communications: We may use your email address to send you important account-related notices. If you opt in, we may also send you product updates and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated repair data to improve the Service. We will never sell your photos or share them with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your account data (email, usage stats, saved projects) is retained for as long as your account exists. Uploaded photos are deleted immediately after analysis — they are not stored long-term. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.

Repario stores your authentication token in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Repario is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard security practices including password hashing, HTTPS encryption, and JWT-based authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Repario after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
